An energy-saving operating mode achieves an efficiency level of over 97%. Intelligent battery management, pioneered by APC, optimizes battery performance and life through precise, intelligent temperature-compensated charging. A dynamic battery replacement date indicator and automatic self-tests guarantee battery reliability and warn when replacement is due. Convenient hot-swappable battery modules enable battery replacement without powering down.

An intuitive interface provides clear information and allows inverter configuration to be carried out locally via easy-to-use navigation keys. More than 15 different programmable settings, including controlled outlet groups, enable application-specific settings, thresholds and notifications.

Expected battery replacement date
Smart-UPS Lithium Ion dynamically recalls the month and year in which the battery is due for replacement, to facilitate long-term maintenance planning.

Pure sine wave output on battery
The sine wave output simulates the mains supply to offer the highest degree of compatibility with sensitive electronic equipment and active servers equipped with power factor correction (PFC).

Compatibility with shallow racks
Its compact design is perfectly suited to shallow rack applications.

Single group of controlled outlets
A single output group can be controlled separately by the UPS for discrete restrike of suspended equipment and load shedding of non-critical and sequenced on/off loads.
