With Bluetooth technology, AXIS A4612 makes it easy for visitors to access your premises by simply tapping in the AXIS Mobile Credential application. In fact, they can even leave their phone in their pocket, and just tap the reader itself. It also supports most types of RFID card standards with 13.56MHz credential technologies. Suitable for both small and larger installations, this cost-effective device offers flexible and easy installation. With one device, you can manage the full door including the door lock and door position sensors.

AXIS A4612 is easy to install, using Power over Ethernet (PoE) to connect to the closest network switch with a single cable for both power and connectivity – no need to wire back to the door controller. For instance, you can update the firmware, change configurations, and manage your device—all from anywhere in the world. It's fully integrated with AXIS Camera Stations Secure Entry.
