The EV2740S has all the features you need for a crisp, clear, and flicker-free display. With 4K UHD resolution, it displays four times as much information as standard Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. This means users can see more information at once on the 27-inch screen, reducing the need to scroll or switch between hidden windows. Although 4K monitors typically require more power due to their higher resolution and larger screen size, the EV2740S boasts a typical power consumption of just 12 watts. This helps companies reduce energy costs and minimize their environmental footprint. Like all EIZO 4K monitors, the EV2740S is equipped with a USB-C port. This transmits the video signal, provides access to the monitor's USB hub with four ports for peripheral devices, and delivers up to 70 watts of power—all with just one cable between the notebook and the screen. In Picture-by-Picture (PbyP) mode, the monitor displays images from two signal sources side by side. The EV2740S is certified to comprehensive global sustainability standards, including TCO Certified generation 10 and the ENERGY STAR® label. The EPEAT Gold award, the highest level, and EPEAT Climate+ underscore EIZO's commitment to sustainability.
