FortiCare Support ServicesFortiCare Support Services give you global support on a per-product basis. By subscribing to these services, you'll receive a timely response to any technical issue as well as complete visibility on ticket resolution progress.
All FortiCare Support Services include firmware upgrades, access to the support portal and associated technical resources, reporting on technical incidents (via the web, chat, and telephone), as well as a hardware return option.
FortiCare 24X7 ServiceIf you need round-the-clock access to mission-critical support services, the 24x7 Service will meet your requirements. You'll get access to technical support 365x24x7 as well as advanced replacement service for hardware failures.
FortiCare EssentialFortiCare Essential is the base-level service, and it is targeted toward devices that require a limited amount of support and can tolerate next-business-day, web-only response for critical as well as non-critical issues.
FortiCare PremiumFortiCare Premium is targeted toward devices that require 24x7x365 with one-hour response for critical issues and the next business-day response for non-critical issues.
FortiCare EliteFortiCare Elite services offers enhanced service-level agreements (SLAs) and accelerated issue resolution. Handled by the best available technical experts, providing you with the highest level of service. This option also provides Extended End-of-Engineering-Support (E-EoES) of 18 months for added flexibility and access to the new FortiCare Elite Portal. The Proactive Device insights portal offers a unified view and provides recommendations to help you improve security and device health.
